Unbounded choice should be equivalent to unordered sequence binding. E.g.

    <xsd:complexType>
      <xsd:choice maxOccurs="unbounded">
        <xsd:element name="a" type="xsd:string" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
        <xsd:element name="b" type="xsd:string" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
      </xsd:choice>
    </xsd:complexType>
  </xsd:element>
