Use .pom files if installed with the artifact in the buildmagic repo lib directory

If there is a .pom file with the same name as the artifact, please use that instead of a minimal pom created from the component-info.xml alone

At Paul's suggestion, the groupId, artifactId and version from the pom should take precedence in this case over the component-info.xml and the path to it.
But please, the command line arguments like -DgroupId=xxx -D=artifactId=yyy -Dversion=zzz specified in the command line should take precedence overall.

Thank you very much for this feature, it will make filling the maven2-brew repository.
