You will need to just return the certificates from the JarEntry.
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/java/util/jar/JarEntry.html#getCertificates()

If the certs are null, we pass null to the codesource.  But if the jar is signed, then the JarEntry certs will return the array of certs.  We need this to be passed to the construction of the CodeSource.
