I completed and committed a rough version of a camel-component. A need more though is needed around the TypeConverters, I think they are not really necessary, or at least not in this form.

There are a few things I wasn't sure how to use and will need to be clarified, for instance how you would talk directly to a ksession, without doing the lookup on the sm.

There is a META-INF directory that uses the camel structure: org.apache.camel.*. That has to stay the way it is, because of conventions camel makes.  The classes however can be in any package (now org.drools.camel.*).
