As part of JGRP-612, modify JChannelFactory to work more like the JBAS JChannelFactory -- ensuring channels have a singleton name etc.

This also results in an API change -- either removing the createMultiplexerChannel methods or changing their contract such that returning a shared transport channel instead of a MuxChannel is supported.
