As discussed in the referenced forum thread, the Ejb3MetadataProcessingDeployer and the EjbMetadataJndiPolicyDecoratorDeployer don't really belong in the core/ejb3-deployers-jboss-beans.xml. They should instead be maintained in their own *-jboss-beans.xml in the deployers component.
