Beginning with AS 6.0.0.M1 (or EAP 5.0.0.GA) the jnp-service.url file shouldn't write jnp://0.0.0.0:1099. If bind address is 0.0.0.0 the NamingProviderURLWriter scans all available addresses on the host and writes the first for which InetAddress.isLoopbackAddress() returns true. That is, 127.0.0.1 normally. See JBAS-7072.
