in identity admin, design for role page and member page is not united.
link for creating new member is on left upper corner
link for creating new role is in the right bottom corner

1st time I saw this, "new role" link was like "hidden" for me

I suggest unifying the design in the way, that "create role" link should be in the upper left corner.
