ejb3-async 1.0.0 contains relics of the old client-side async; this is currently handled by a Proxy wrapper in ejb3-common.

Clear out ejb3-async so we can use it to build the server @Asynchronous support.  Bump version to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
