Basically it will always fail depending on the width of your browser and the size of the window title.

What you can do to limit this is modify the theme's CSS.

You can try in: 
portal-core-war/themes/renewal/portal_style.css

to modify:
.portlet-titlebar-title

And change or remove the value of:  "width:65%;"

I can't promise it will look fine in all browsers though, please let me know if you test on several browsers
