Remove the depreacted deploy/undeploy(Deployment) from the legacy MainDeployer(MBean).

These methods have been added because currently the ProfileService doesn't let me setup a profile to reproduce the problem
in JBAS-6518

This requires that it is the VFSContext part that has the spaces in the path.

Once this is possible, the SpacesUnitTestCase needs to reworking to use the profile service as originally intended.
