Currently the AS distribution build (build/build.xml) contains many "pass-through" targets that perform tasks related to each module in order to build the jbossas distribution.  This build should be refactored in a way that allows the build to be called either from maven, or run by itself.

It should also be configured to pull dependencies directly from the maven repository instead of depending on jars in the thirdparty directory.
