Could you clarify how / where you are getting these actions.  Drools Flow indeed does not (yet) support copy / paste, but these actions should be disabled.  I cannot seem to be able to reproduce your exception.  Could you specify the exact version of Eclipse + Drools Eclipse IDE, and OS you are using and a detailed description on how to reproduce? Thanks.
