Here is my diff for an optional boolean failonerror attribute, and modifications within execute for error handling.

It affects org.jboss.ant.JMX and helps for monitoring many attributes on many MBeans on many instances with an ant script in a single JVM (versus twiddle which instanciate 1 JVM per instance per MBean).
