I'm going to exclude the org.jboss.test.deployers.seam.test.SeamBookingExampleUnitTestCase and
org.jboss.test.deployers.seam.test.SeamJpaExampleUnitTestCase so we can get in a full test run with IBM JDK 6. 
There are additional issues updating the examples to use 2.1.2.CR1 or higher which contains RF 3.3.0 and the resolution
to the issue noted above.
