It seems that partial refresh does not work when trying to access JBoss Portal through HTTPS. The whole page is reloaded during each request on Partial Request Page.
SSL is configured with self-signed certificate (CN = localhost). server.xml is in attachement for entireness but it seems that problem is not in SSL configuration.
