Due to the following issues, there was an incompatible change in the serialized format of the MangedObjectImp, so the version was changed to 3, so that is the correct version for 2.1.1.GA on.

JBMAN-86, mark the attachments as transient
JBMAN-87, skip the serialization of the fields ANNOTATIONS
