The first paragraph in Chapter 3.4 'Configuring the Email Service' incorrectly references CMS workflow notifications:

"The email service, for example, can be used to verify a user's email address when a user subscribes, or for CMS workflow notifications."

The CMS approval workflow is now based upon GUI operations instead of email notifications. Therefore, the last part of the sentence above is misleading and should be removed. The same applies to the EPP docs.
