Upload of RuleFlow with ".rf" suffix to Guvnor through WebDAV does not get correctly identified as a RuleFlow.

To reproduce, add a *.rf resource through JBoss Dev Studio or WebDAV client (eg cadaver) and see the resource get itemised incorrectly as a *.drl.
