To be able to use the JDK MBeanServer with JBoss we need to wrap it with something that reproduces JBossMX features.

* Remembering the classloader used to create/register an MBean and setting that as the TCL for invocations
* Returning that classloader from getClassLoaderFor()
* Simulating the JBossMX MBeanRegistry
