endpoint-deployer (and probably other components which use JBBOOT in tests) successfully "install"s, "deploy"s etc... even when there are test case failures. 

The testcase needs to set the exitOnShutdown bootstrap config property to false and additionally (as a workaround till JBBOOT-20 is fixed) set the "jboss.shutdown.forceHalt" system property to false.
