The EJB3 docs against JBossAS-5.x have been released recently with all the necessary changes. This includes the changes mentioned in this JIRA. The docs are available at http://www.jboss.org/jbossejb3/docs/. Specifically the "Introduction to EJB3 Interceptors" chapter has the necessary changes.
