JBoss 4.2.x contains "security-config.dtd" in the "docs/dtd" directory, but in 5.x the file is lost. Same for "security-config_4_0.xsd" and "security-config_4_1.xsd" in "docs/schema"

Seems to be a result of the file being moved to a different project: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/SECURITY-260

Also, the file (and also the schemas) is no longer found at http://www.jboss.org/j2ee/dtd/security-config.dtd (which should be the schema location), came up here: http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=155436

This prevents validation of "login-config.xml" files, if they are editing using e.g. Eclipse.
