There is a similar problem when creating Queues/Topics. I just checked on linux and it works fine. It seems to be a Mac only issues as I use a Mac also.

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /var/folders/Wl/Wl6JOi9CE0uMVVy-vzMO8U   TI/-Tmp-/JmsDestinationTemplate6461912720237720364-service.xml
