Improve the exception handling in this class. Currently only a WebServiceException is thrown from the handleMessage method.
Use the appropriate fault codes that are defined in WS-Security for handling execptions in this handler:
UnsupportedSecurityToken
InvalidSecurity             
InvalidSecurityToken
FailedAuthentication        
FailedCheck
SecurityTokenUnavailable
