Hi Guys. I don't 100% follow, but I think I understand what you are getting at. 

In terms of Guvnor - referring to things via URL is just fine, in fact it was designed that way. 

But, note that when you refer to a URL with .drl for a package in guvnor - it is compiling everything to .drl - so no dsl needed - you can effectively ignore the DSL after then as it (Guvnor) has already applied it for you. If you want to get individual files out of guvnor (not the DRL for the whole package) you can also do that with a URL, if needed.
