AS Embedded in the "all" config gives:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot locate classloader resource: managers.xml
	at org.jboss.jmx.adaptor.snmp.agent.TrapEmitter.load(TrapEmitter.java:240)
	at org.jboss.jmx.adaptor.snmp.agent.TrapEmitter.start(TrapEmitter.java:105)

...until this may be resolved and included as a dependency in the Embedded Assembly.
