Brian Lane commented on JBAS-7210:
----------------------------------
Hey Scott,
We are trying to get JIRA 4 running on 5.1.0GA and this is preventing us from doing so.
As part of 4.0 we include a custom version of xerces, so removing our version is not an option.
Until this issue is addressed I am not sure how we can support JBoss 5.x with the upcoming JIRA 4.0 release.
For JIRA: our issue is located http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-16381
Our latest JIRA beta is available at: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/beta

> The parsing of the context.xml by the JBossContextConfig class is using the tccl which causes problems when the war app has tried to load its own xml parser.
