Jason, I don't think Scott actually made the changes. I used a build that dated well after that forum post of his, and there was no change in behavior. JBAS-7177 which deals with this isn't resolved either.

We could slip this if it is hard change, but it does mean that around 10% (more) of the CDI TCK will fail.
