To avoid NCDFE, we must put as-api-level artifacts only upon the client classpath for Embedded (or everything).  The JBOSS_HOME run mode will have a small embedded launcher dependency, then grab the rest of the JARs as needed from within the installation.  As a result, equip AS with the Embedded (soon to be promoted to jboss-bootstrap groupId) launchers.
