Would this include all projects pulled into the AS?  Or just the modules of AS itself?  For a combined AS module javadoc, I opened JBBUILD-526 a while ago, but haven't worked on it yet.  Also would this need to be packaged up into the distribution, or deployed to the web somewhere?
