Jason described an issue with multi-module builds where the test classpath is not generated correctly.  After making a change to a super class in one module of the jboss deployers project.  Then making a change to a sub class (unit test) in another module.  Only the module with the sub class change got the correct classpath (target dir).  Other modules in the project used an older version of the parent class which was downloaded into the local Maven repo.
