Java files that I've been using to fix the bug (see patch) , with additional handling for Null jndi name. 
1. When no name is provided to SessionObjectFactory it attempts to find default session java:/Mail
2. Provisional support for shareSessionInstance to suppress session creation (although this hasn't presented any problems with leaking in my test env)
