Create an adaptor for ShrinkWrap archives to be deployed as mounted VFS VirtualFiles into the MainDeployer.  Should handle unmounting upon undeployment.  May not ultimately live in Reloaded, but do a proof-of-concept here.

This will pave the way for an Arquillian Reloaded Container.
