So using Nick's WAR from RF-8598 I can reproduce the problem on M2.  However, when I try to run it on trunk (M3) I get the ZipException described in this forum posting: http://community.jboss.org/message/539090#539090

Also, M4 is when the new JSFDeployer should be ready.  So a lot is changing for JSF in M4.  Can the fix for this wait until then?
