I renamed PM_LISTENER_PORT to PM_TEST_LISTENER_PORT and got rid of the option to pass in -Dprocess.manager.port since that was not gettting propagated to the test processes. Still no access to dev labs, so I'm going to try with linux in Parallels locally.
