Some artifacts from the people Apache repo are not included in the main apache snapshots repo.  For example the 2.0.2-SNAPSHOT version of myfaces-api

Need to find out what is the correct Nexus configuration to include the Apache snapshots in the JBoss Nexus server.  Also, we currently have a separate proxy repo for Apache incubator.  Is this needed, or is this pulled in to central automatically?
