The MDB in question is here http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/projects/ejb3/trunk/testsuite/src/test/java/org/jboss/ejb3/test/mdb/DlqTestMDB.java and other details are here http://community.jboss.org/message/538132#538132. In short, the MDB is CMT with AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE.

Let me know, if you need a simple application to reproduce this. I can create one independent of the EJB3 testsuite, in a few minutes.
