Thanks for doing this.  But, could you give an example of what the output should look like now, and which part is the fileName (is it "URI"?).

I'm get the following message which I'm having a heck of time interpreting enough to diagnose:
"Failed to resolve schema nsURI= location=web-fragment"

What is "ns"?  why no URI? If it had a URI, what would that be indicating (the filename?)? etc

Thanks in advance for any more info that can be provided.
