Given the number of times MC ends up calling the KernelRegistryPlugin during deployment, the org.jboss.ejb3.kernel.JNDIKernelRegistryPlugin can turn out to be really expensive. We don't really need that plugin anymore. Remove it from the configurations to improve performance.
