We used to maintain the EJB 3.1 API under the org.jboss.ejb3 namespace; now this has been migrated over to org.jboss.javaee, so:

1) Ban the old component in the Enforcer configuration
2) Switch all dependent modules to use the correct one: (ie.  http://repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/javaee/jboss-ejb-api_3.1/1.0-alpha-1/)
