Test Scenarios where 2 rules can fire

I created a test scenario where 2 Rules could fire. One Rule contains 2 declared globals. The rules as is works when used in a deployed snapshot within a java program.

Now when I click on globals I get a dialog with a combo box with empty globals and the ok button. Nothing is logged in server.log on this.
