For http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/weld/cdi-tck/tags/1.0.1-CR1/impl/src/main/java/org/jboss/jsr299/tck/tests/implementation/enterprise/definition/Laika.java sbmd.isStateless() is returning true, when in fact it should return false as the bean is a singleton. This in turn causes Weld to fail the deployment as the @ApplicationScoped is not allowed for stateless beans (but is for singletons).

I am disabling the CDI TCK tests for this package.
