with appropriate changes applied to revision 103772 of jbossas/trunk, the unit tests in /testsuite/src/main/org/jboss/test/naming/test pass, running with a version of Naming (attached to https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBNAME-50) over Remoting 3.  I am attaching the patch to revision 103772 which applies these changes.
