I'm not sure this is working in M4 -- I'm still getting: 

15:11:21,069 SEVERE [javax.enterprise.resource.webcontainer.jsf.application] JSF1005: Cannot instantiate validator of type integerValidator

When this class is on the classpath, and I try to reference it in a Facelet via the <f:validator validatorId="integerValidator" /> tag:
