There are several things that the JBossJSFConfigureListener had to do that are no longer needed because the JSF Deployer will never let them happen.  Also, we need a different version of this listener for each JSF version shipped with AS.  The old one works, but it does a lot of unnecessary checks and initialization.  Refactor.
