Embedded JCA Arquillian Container should support the Resource injection Enricher in Arquillian. 

This will remove the need for creating the InitialContext and do the custom JNDI lookup to fetch the deployed ConnectionFactory and it should make it possible to run the same test in Embedded JCA and JBoss AS.
