DA deployment Error on jboss4.3

Dear SMEs/Experts,
I have been facing problems in deploying Documentum Admin on Linux server. Given below are the steps that i followed during deployment: 
 
1- Unziped the DA.zip file.
2- Modified the dfc.properties.
3- created war file and then deployed on jboss server (/var/opt/jboss/server/da/deploy/da.war)
 
I restared the jboss server and encountered with the error as pasted below -
