Occasionally folks ask to see exactly what libraries go into the AS and what their versions are. We need a mechanism to provide this information.

The component-matrix/pom.xml is a partial listing, but doesn't include transitive dependencies. And not all transitive dependecies end up in the distribution, so it's not just a matter of mvn dependency:tree or something.
