Viacheslav Garmash updated JBPORTAL-2473:
-----------------------------------------

    Description:
We use JBoss Portal 2.6.2 and all our portlets have jboss-portlet.xml with following header:

{code}
<!DOCTYPE portlet-app PUBLIC
   "-//JBoss Portal//DTD JBoss Portlet 2.6//EN"
   "http://www.jboss.org/portal/dtd/jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd"><portlet-app>
{code}

This header is provided as an example in various JBoss documents like:
* http://docs.jboss.org/jbportal/v2.6.4/referenceGuide/html/xmldescriptors.html
* http://www.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Enterprise_Portal_Platform/4.3/html/Reference_Guide/ch06s02s03.html

URL http://www.jboss.org/portal/dtd/jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd is used by XML editors to validate jboss-portlet.xml content. Seems like after some content reorganizations at http://www.jboss.org file jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd is not available anymore.

If you try to put http://www.jboss.org/portal/dtd/jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd into you browser address field and press "enter", then the URL being forwarded to http://www.jboss.org/file-access/default/members/default/freezone/dtd/jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd and you will see the message: "Sorry, you don't have access to this resource ".

So now we have backward compatibility issue and it would be nice if you can fix it and make http://www.jboss.org/portal/dtd/jboss-portlet_2_6.dtd available from the Internet.
